BestKneePad is published by JR Digital Services Pty Ltd (ABN 15 677 761 787). We are a small editorial team, so email is the best way to reach us.
We read everything but cannot always reply to every message. We aim to respond to corrections and privacy requests within a reasonable time.
What we can help with
- Corrections. If a specification, product name, or link on the site is wrong or out of date, tell us the page and what needs fixing.
- Privacy requests. See our privacy policy for what we collect and your options.
- Questions about how we work. Our methodology and affiliate disclosure pages explain how we research and how the site is funded.
What we do not do
We do not accept paid placements, sponsored rankings, or free products in exchange for coverage. We cannot help with orders, returns, or warranty claims — those are handled by the merchant you bought from.
